The booking calendar on the app is actually really easy to use, you can see the slots straight away and it locks in fast. Had a little trouble with the payment screen first time but it sorted itself out on a retry. Session itself was good, would book again.
Read moreNot the best option I tried, honestly. I looked at three other sites before ordering here and this was the dearest by a fair margin for what I got. The item itself was a bit smaller than the photo suggested and the returns form was a faff to find. Customer service took two days to reply to my question about it.
Read moreI applied through the site last month for a small loan to cover some roof repairs, and I did find the application straightforward enough once I got going. The money arrived in my account the following morning, which was a relief. My only niggle is that when I sent a question about the repayment dates, it took the best part of three days for anyone to reply. Otherwise I have no real complaints.
Read moreI needed a replacement water filter cartridge for an older jug, and I know the spec well enough to check compatibility before buying. It fits, but the box said it would last two months and the instructions were a bit vague on when to swap it. The return route for a wrong item was a bit slow to set up. Fine product, just not as tidy as I'd like from the paperwork side.
The first thing I noticed was a plain brown box, which I hadn't expected. I'd compared a few options and went with these for the price. The product was fine but the colour was a bit darker than the image showed. The reply about swapping it took a couple of days to come through.
