The first thing I noticed was the buttonholes, they're reinforced properly and not just a row of thread. Knitwear from here usually pills after a few washes but this one still looks new after months. Sleeves are a good length for me at five foot two.

Read moreI've been buying knitwear from them for a few years and the jumpers have held up better than most. The one I got this winter has a neat collar that doesn't stretch out. Sizing is true to the chart and returns were easy when a sleeve was too long. Prices are fair for what you get.
I bought the same quilted coat I've had from them for years, and it's still the warmest one in my wardrobe. The lining is a bit thinner than it used to be, which I noticed when I first tried it on. The zip is still sturdy and the pockets are deep enough for my phone and gloves. Price has crept up slightly but it's still good value.
