got the chinos in stone, ordered on a Friday and they turned up Tuesday. fit is slim but not too tight, the colour is spot on and the fabric is soft. checkout was quick too, no faff with signing in. would get them again, probably in navy next time.

The cotton trousers came in a bit tighter at the waist than the size guide suggested, so I had to exchange for the next size up. The exchange form was fiddly and I had to print it, which took a while. Once the right pair arrived they fit well and the fabric feels decent. Delivery was prompt, three days to my door in Bristol. Price is on the higher side for trousers, but they look smart enough for work.
Honestly the scarf is not quite as pictured, the colour is a bit darker in person and the wool feels thinner than the description suggested. Still it's a fair price and it arrived quickly.
