The first thing I noticed was how quick the checkout was, I was done in like two minutes. Got my order the next day and it was exactly what I wanted, no fuss at all. Would totally order again.

Best online order I've made in ages, and I was a bit nervous as it was my first time buying from them. The checkout was quick, I got a confirmation straight away and the parcel turned up the next working day, everything exactly as listed. Will be ordering again.

Compared with the big marketplaces, this was clearly better value for a set of drill bits I needed for a bathroom job. I looked at several sites and this was the one that had the exact sizes listed without needing to scroll through pages of filters. Checkout took two minutes and the order came next morning, so I'll be back for more.
Got a pair of replacement cable ties and a cheap phone stand from them, the specific bits I needed for my car. Price was the best I could find after checking, and the postage was free over a certain amount. Everything worked well, nothing to complain about.
