Ordered my first set of blinds here after seeing them recommended on a forum. Ordering was straightforward and the price beat every other place I checked. Delivery was quick and the blinds arrived in good condition. Only thing is the colour looked a shade lighter than the sample I'd ordered, but it's still a nice match for the walls.

I've been ordering from them for about six years now for different rooms in the house and they've never let me down, the fitting guides are clear and the customer team actually picks up the phone when you have a question.

One of the brackets was slightly bent and the replacement took another few days to turn up, so it was a bit of a faff, but the blind itself works well.

Blinds Direct Online is an online retailer of made-to-measure blinds, shutters and window dressings for homes across the United Kingdom. The range covers roller, Roman, venetian, vertical and wooden blinds, alongside curtains and other window furnishings that customers can order by choosing fabrics, colours and sizes on the website. Customers can measure their windows and specify fittings before placing an order, which is then manufactured to the dimensions supplied.
The business sells directly to homeowners, renters and interior designers who prefer to buy without visiting a showroom, and it operates entirely through its website rather than through physical shops. Orders are delivered to the customer's address, and the company offers guidance online to help buyers choose the right product for their windows and room.
