I'd been comparing this against the big high street chain for a new dining chair set, and this came out noticeably cheaper for the same style. The checkout was quick and easy to follow. The chairs arrived well wrapped and the instructions were clear enough to put them together in an evening. Only thing I'd flag is the cushion covers are a touch thinner than I expected, but for the money I'm happy.

The slats are a proper hardwood rather than the cheap stuff you see elsewhere, and the bolts were all there with spare ones included. Assembly took a couple of hours with two of us. The frame has held up well since we moved it in.
