Good, would use again. Ordered a sofa throw on the app during my lunch break, took about two minutes to sort the address and payment. Arrived the next working day, nothing wrong with it, colour matched the photos. Only thing is I had to tap through a couple of screens to find the right size option but that's just me being impatient on my phone.

Read moreFirst time ordering from Bern and I was a bit nervous about getting the sizing wrong on the curtains for the new lounge. The size guide was clear and I followed the measuring steps, which took a bit longer than I'd like but was worth it. Everything fitted properly when it went up, and the checkout was straightforward. Only small gripe was the delivery window being a whole day wide.
Read moreI bought the bathroom storage unit with the matching cabinet doors, mostly because the price was lower than anywhere else I looked. It went together fine with the instructions but the fixings were a bit flimsy. The delivery was fine, arrived in one box a few days later. For the price it's okay, though I'd probably spend more next time if I wanted it to last.
