I needed a warm waterproof coat for my winter walks with the local ramblers group, as my old one had finally given up. Ordering was straightforward and I was able to check the sizing against my measurements without any bother. The coat arrived in good time and it has kept me dry on some very wet days. The price was reasonable for the quality and I would be happy to order from them again.
Read moreBought the head torch for night runs. It's bright enough and the battery lasts ages, but the strap was a bit fiddly to adjust and the beam is slightly uneven. Delivery was on time though.
Read moreHonestly the checkout was dead easy, I'd saved my details and it took about a minute. Ordered a fleece on a Sunday night and it turned up Tuesday, which was quicker than I expected. The fleece is warm and fits fine, I'm 6 foot and the long size actually fits me. Bit of a faff finding the size chart at first but that's on me. Going to get something else soon.
Read moreI needed a light folding camping chair for the grandchildren's outings, as my old one had seen better days. The chair is sturdy and comfortable, and the instructions were clear. I did feel the price was a touch above what I've seen elsewhere, though I'm not sure it's unreasonable for the build. Delivery was prompt.
I've been a customer for a good few years and the kit is always reliable. My recent sleeping bag order was fine. When I had a question about the zip, it took a few days to get a reply, which was a bit slow. Still, the price is fair and I'll keep ordering.
Compared with the outdoor chain I usually buy from, this was a fair bit cheaper for the same fleece. Delivery was fine but one of the zips was a bit stiff out of the bag. Otherwise happy with it.
Needed a cheap backpack for uni and some hiking, so I went looking. It's decent for the money and holds my laptop fine. Only thing is the return form was a faff when I thought I'd need to send one back, though it wasn't needed in the end.
Compared to the big chain in town, the same waterproof trousers were a fair bit cheaper here. Delivery took two days longer than the email said, but the price difference made up for it.
