This is a lovely soft bear and the embroidery is well done, so I don't regret buying it. I did compare it with two other shops and this one was a little dearer than the rest for the same size. Delivery was quick and the packaging was careful. I'd buy from them again for something special, though I might shop around first for everyday gifts.
Read moreGot this instead of the one from the supermarket, which was half the price and looked about the same. This one's nicer quality for sure, the fabric is softer and the name tag's properly stitched. It's a bit steep though for what it is. Arrived fast so no complaints there. Dunno if i'd pay this again tbh.
Read moreI ordered a bear for my nephew's birthday from the site and I was a little put out that the delivery took longer than the page said it would. The bear itself is lovely and the box it arrived in was sturdy, which I appreciated. It was a week later than I expected though, and nobody emailed to say why, so I had to chase it myself. Once it turned up everything was fine and he was delighted with it.

The bear itself is decent quality and the name embroidery is neat, which was the main reason I bought it. The stand-out problem was delivery, which took about nine days when the site said three to five. I had to message them to ask where it was and the reply took two days to come back. It's a fair bear for the price, just not something I'd rush to order again if I needed it quickly.
