I've been buying bedding and the odd bit of furniture from them since I moved into my flat about ten years ago. The site is a bit clunkier than it used to be and the basket sometimes forgets items. Delivery is still reliable though and the prices haven't crept up as much as elsewhere. Happy enough to keep using them.
Read moreCompared it with two big chain stores and a marketplace seller before picking this, and the price here was clearly lower. The divan base arrived in one piece but the box was a bit battered and one corner had a dent. Customer service took about three days to reply to my email about it. Not a disaster but I did expect quicker sorting.

The doors hang square and the hardware feels sturdy enough. Delivery came on the day they said, with a driver who was polite and carried it up. Asked a question about delivery dates on the chat thing and got a proper answer within ten minutes, which I wasn't expecting on a Sunday. Ordered a bedside table on my phone during my lunch break and it was done in about three minutes, the checkout kept my address saved so I didn't have to type it all again. Would use again.
Looked at two big high street sites and a marketplace seller before settling on this one for a new mattress. This was the cheapest of the four by a fair margin, and it came with free delivery which the others charged for. Ordering was simple enough, though the size guide could be clearer. Arrived on time and the mattress is decent.
I purchased a double bed frame for the spare room last month, ahead of my sister's visit. The ordering process was straightforward and the checkout was clear about what I was paying. The frame arrived in good order and went together well enough with the instructions. I did find the delivery window rather wide, so I was in all afternoon waiting, but it did come on the day. I'd be happy to order from them again.
Great value for what you get. Bought a duvet set and two pillows, came to well under what the big department stores want. Quality is fine for the money and the delivery was quick, shipped next day. Would buy from them again.
Way better than the last place I used, which kept showing things as in stock then cancelling on me. Ordered a mattress topper on Sunday and it was here Wednesday, no fuss at all. Really happy with it.
The tracking page actually updated every stage, which I didn't expect from a site this cheap. Ordered the mattress on a Tuesday night between meetings and it arrived Friday morning. Had to wrestle it up two flights on my own but it's here and fine. Would order again, quick checkout too.
