This was my first time ordering a bed online, and I was nervous, but it turned out nicer than what I'd have got in a shop on the high street. Compared with the cheaper sites I'd looked at, the headboard is much sturdier and the finish is better. The site walked me through the sizes clearly and the delivery team called ahead. Really glad I went with them.

When one of the bolts was missing I had to email and wait nearly a week for a replacement, which was annoying. It works now but I'd check the parts list when it arrives.

The mattress is firm and the support in the middle feels right, and it's taken the pressure off my lower back. Delivery was on time and the team took the old one away, which I appreciated.
