I placed the order on a Tuesday and the first update didn't come until the Friday, which I found a bit unsettling given the money had already left my account. Once it arrived everything was as described and I've no real complaints about the goods themselves. I'd probably try again, but I'd allow a few extra days next time.

The software is sold as a licensed download from its official website, where users can choose a free version with a watermark or a paid licence that removes it. The product range centres on the main recorder, with related tools for recording game footage and for compressing and editing captured video.
Its customers are mainly gamers, streamers, teachers and people producing tutorials or demonstrations who need to record their screens with a simple interface. The company distributes its software online and supports users through its website, documentation and online help rather than through physical shops.
