The first thing I noticed was how quickly the order was confirmed, which I did not expect from a site I had never used before. The cover I wanted for the rocking chair in the nursery came in good time and was exactly what I had hoped for, and the wash instructions were clear and sensible. I would happily order from them again.

The muslins are thinner than I expected and one of the bibs had a loose thread straight out the bag. Would probably still order again if they were on offer, but I'd look around first.

The sizing was not quite as I expected either, and I had to order a size up. I did get in touch with the team about the exchange, and they replied within two working days, which was reasonable. The price was a touch lower than the shop though.
