Would order from them again, no question. I was between jobs and needed to refresh the spare room on a budget and the whole thing was easy from start to finish. Browsing on my phone was fine and checkout took two minutes. Nothing to fault really, just wish they had more colours in the bedside tables.
Read moreNeeded a new bed fast after mine broke and this was my first time ordering from them. The checkout kept timing out on my phone and the delivery date slipped twice without much warning.
Read moreOrdered a corner sofa from them three weeks ago and it's sat in my living room now, which is what matters. The date they gave me moved back by about five days though and nobody emailed to say why, I had to chase it through the site chat. The sofa itself is solid and the price was fair compared to the big high street names. Delivery guys were polite and carried it up the stairs for me.

I have ordered from them for about six years now and it is much easier than trailing round the big furniture stores with my husband. Compared to the catalogue I used to get, the pages are easier to read and the sizes are clearer. The new rug arrived in good order and the delivery team rang ahead, which I appreciated.
Honestly one of the best places I have bought furniture from online and I have been buying sofas and beds from sites for years. The sofa I got came well wrapped, the fabric looks exactly like the photos and the colour is spot on in real life. Delivery was booked for a slot I could actually make and the drivers were careful with it on the stairs.

What really won me over was the fabric swatch option, you can order samples before committing to a sofa. I compared three other sites first and this was the only one that let me do that for free. The swatches arrived in a couple of days and the colours matched what I saw on screen.
