The search filter by vehicle made it so easy to find exactly the right brake pads for my old Fiesta, I didn't have to guess from a part number. Delivery took about four days which was fine. Packaging was a bit flimsy though and one of the pads had a small scuff on the edge, not a big deal.
Read moreHonestly, the part I got was not quite the same as the one shown on the listing, the mounting bracket was a different shape and I had to ring around to check whether it would fit. Customer service did reply but it took three days. The order itself was easy and the box arrived quickly, but I ended up sending it back and the return label was a bit of a faff to print. Disappointing for the money.
Read moreWe needed a replacement part for the car before a long drive to Cornwall and the local garage couldn't get it until the following week. Found it on the site, ordered on a Monday night and it was on the doorstep by Wednesday morning. The fitting was simple enough with a YouTube video and the car ran perfectly all weekend. Really glad I didn't have to pay garage prices for it.
Read moreI compared this against a couple of other online parts shops before buying a set of headlight bulbs and this one was a bit more expensive. The site is easy to use and the bulbs arrived in two days. I'd have liked a clearer note on the page about whether they come with a warranty, I had to email to find out.
