I would say this is a shop worth using if you want reliable clothing that arrives as described. I bought a wool coat in the autumn and it has held its shape through a rainy winter. The returns process was simple when I needed to swap the size, and the team answered my email within a day. It is the kind of place I would be happy to send friends to.

Recently I ordered a pair of walking boots and they arrived well packed and in good order. The customer service staff were helpful when I had a question about the fit, and I found the whole experience pleasant from start to finish.
