Compared to the mattress we'd been using from a big department store, this one is a clear step up. The old one had gone lumpy and my husband kept complaining about his hip. This one holds its shape and we've both been sleeping through. Ordering was simple and the box came on the day they said.

Honestly it's a lot nicer than the one I bought from a high street shop last year, which went flat within months. This one has more bounce and my partner has stopped rolling into me. Took a day longer to arrive than the site said though.

Brilliant, honestly. Ordered the mattress on a Sunday night and it turned up Wednesday in a box that took two of us to lift. Been sleeping way better since, no more waking up with a dead arm. Dead easy to set up too, just took the cover off and let it breathe for a bit like they said.

My physio suggested I look for a firmer, more supportive mattress as my back has been playing up since the operation last year. I was rather wary of buying a mattress without lying on it first, but the returns process was clear and I felt reassured. The mattress arrived well packaged and the drivers were very courteous about getting it up to the bedroom. I have been sleeping considerably better since.

Went through a few options before settling on this, including a hybrid from a showroom chain I'd been eyeing. The price was about the same as the others but I liked the trial period. It's a touch firm at first but I've adjusted, and the delivery was quicker than I expected.

Their prices were a fair bit higher than the other online places I looked at, so I nearly went elsewhere. The sizing info was clearer than most though, and the trial period made me feel less stuck. It arrived quicker than I expected and the packaging was tidy. Only niggle is the returns form is a bit fiddly.

Best thing about it is the bed in a box arrived in one piece and actually expanded in about an hour. Ordered on my phone during my lunch break and it took two minutes. Sleep has been good since.
