Bought a portable unit from them after comparing about four different sites, and this one had the clearest spec info and the cheapest delivery. It cools the room down fine on hot nights and the hose setup was simple enough to do myself in ten minutes. Only thing is the window kit felt a bit flimsy.
Read moreWorth it if you need something quick, but not the bargain it looks like on the homepage. The unit did what it was supposed to and the filter came with it, which is good. Delivery took four days though, and for what I paid elsewhere would have been cheaper, so I'd check a couple of other places before ordering.

The price was roughly the same but the aftercare has been much quicker. Had a small query about the warranty and they answered within a few hours, which I did not expect.
