The colour was a little duller than the picture on the screen, and the fringe was shorter than I expected. The customer service team were polite when I wrote in, but it took the best part of a week to get a reply. I doubt I'll order again.

The only thing that let it down was that the parcel came a day later than the tracking said it would, which was a bit annoying when I needed it for a birthday. Otherwise the whole thing was painless.
The sizing chart on the hoodie bit was so useful, I didn't have to guess. Took a bit longer than I'd like to arrive though, like five days. Would still order again tbh.
