Bought a pair of progressive lenses through the site for the first time after years of buying from the high street and I was honestly nervous about it. The online eye test booking was quick and the pair arrived in about a week, nicely packed with a little case. The lenses were clear straight away and the frames fit well without me having to take them back to anywhere to be adjusted. Would happily…
Read moreI've bought from here a good few times over the years but this last order was a real disappointment. The glasses arrived with the lenses not matching my prescription and I had to send them back. Getting the replacement sorted took over three weeks and I had to chase them by email twice before anything moved.
Read moreI needed a pair for reading the small print on my bank letters and the cheaper ones from the chemist were giving me headaches. Ordered a pair here with a basic prescription and they're fine for what I use them for. The frames sit a bit wider than I'd like and I had to ask the team to adjust the arms, which took a few days to sort out.
Read moreThese are the best online glasses I've tried and I've been ordering here since before they had the app. My prescription has changed twice and I've always got a pair that works. Price has crept up a bit over the years but it's still well under the high street.
This one came out ahead of the usual online option I tried before. I compared a few sites first and the frames looked better in the photos than the cheaper ones did. The reply to my question took a day, which was slower than I'd like, but the glasses arrived fine and the price is good for what you get.
I've been wearing glasses for decades so I know what I like. The lenses are clear and the anti glare coating works well at night. The frames pinch slightly behind the ears and it's taken a few weeks to get them to sit comfortably after a visit to get them adjusted.
Picked up a second pair of frames as a backup and the price for a spare was the main draw. Delivery took a bit longer than the site said but they arrived in one piece. Lenses are fine, nothing to write home about.
