Really happy with my first order, it arrived quicker than I expected and everything looked just like the photos. The checkout was simple, I didn't have to make an account, and the returns page made it clear what to do if something didn't fit. Will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered on a Friday night and it turned up Tuesday, which was quicker than I expected. Pretty sure I'm getting another one in grey. Checkout was quick, saved my card so it was two taps. Only thing is the sleeves are a bit long on me but I just push them up.

It's warm enough but it pills after a couple of washes. Stitching is tidy though. I'd check the material before buying if you want something lasting.
I needed a waterproof jacket for a walking holiday in Scotland and wanted to compare a few before deciding. This one was a bit pricier than some of the others I looked at, though the hood and pockets are well made. The zip is a bit stiff to start with. The order took nine days which was longer than I'd hoped, but it arrived in one piece.
I was rather surprised that the parcel took nine days to arrive when the site said three to five working days. The jumper itself is lovely and the fit is just as described, though I did have to ring them to ask where it had got to, which I don't mind doing once.
