I have been buying the seasonal hand tied bouquet from them for about six years now, usually for my sister's birthday and when I want to cheer up a friend. It arrives looking the same as the photo most times and the card message comes through clearly. Lovely to deal with.

The flowers were fine when they got here but a couple of stems had wilted within a day. The delivery charge on top made it feel like poor value. I won't be going back for a while.

The supermarket bunch is cheaper but the stems were short and half of them were already wilting by the second day. These came in a proper box with a water tube and the roses opened up over the week. Delivery took a bit longer to arrange than I expected but the flowers were worth it.

The delivery window was a bit wide though and I had to wait most of the day in, and they sent a text saying it would be between 8 and 6. Would probably use them again but I'd check the slot options first.
Honestly the first thing I noticed was the card message box at checkout, it let me type a proper long one which was nice. Ordered a bunch of tulips for my mum's birthday on the Friday and they said next day delivery but they turned up Sunday morning instead. Flowers looked lovely though and mum was chuffed, just wish the tracking had been a bit more accurate.
Flowers were fine and arrived when they said they would. The bouquet is a bit dear for the number of stems though, I reckon a local florist would do more for the money. Ordering was simple enough. The card was hard to read in the box so I had to ring them to check the message, which took a while to get through.
Knowing a bit about cut flowers, what caught my eye was that the stems came cut on the diagonal and the bunch was wrapped in damp paper. Most florists do that but supermarkets don't. Vase life was decent, around a week for the roses.
