I have been buying the seasonal hand tied bouquet from them for about six years now, usually for my sister's birthday and when I want to cheer up a friend. It arrives looking the same as the photo most times and the card message comes through clearly. Lovely to deal with.

The flowers were fine when they got here but a couple of stems had wilted within a day. The delivery charge on top made it feel like poor value. I won't be going back for a while.

The supermarket bunch is cheaper but the stems were short and half of them were already wilting by the second day. These came in a proper box with a water tube and the roses opened up over the week. Delivery took a bit longer to arrange than I expected but the flowers were worth it.

The lilies were very fresh and the card message came through exactly as I had typed it. Flowers were fine and arrived when they said they would. The bouquet is a bit dear for the number of stems though, I reckon a local florist would do more for the money. Ordering was simple enough. The card was hard to read in the box so I had to ring them to check the message, which took a while to get through.
Knowing a bit about cut flowers, what caught my eye was that the stems came cut on the diagonal and the bunch was wrapped in damp paper. Most florists do that but supermarkets don't. Vase life was decent, around a week for the roses.
Got a bouquet for my nan's 80th and it was nice, the roses were proper fresh. Only thing is it looked a bit smaller than the photo on the site, not massively but enough that I noticed. Still got there on time so can't complain too much. Might order again but I'd check the size first.
