The bulk ordering option is the bit I value most, as I buy paint and sealant for the allotment shed in large amounts. The pricing per unit drops sensibly once you reach the right quantity. Every order so far has arrived complete and undamaged.
Read moreCompared it to the other big site i usually use and this was way slower to sort out, took about four days to get a reply about my order and the tracking hadn't updated. Not impressed, will probably check elsewhere first next time. Typing this on the bus so sorry for typos.

My only real gripe is the app kept logging me out while I was trying to upload my payslips, so I had to start again twice. The money landed in my account as promised and the rate was fair.

Compared with my usual supplier this was about the same price on the basics but cheaper on the bulk packs, so I went with them. The order took a little longer to dispatch than I'd hoped, around three working days, but it all arrived in one go and nothing was missing.
I needed a new phone charger in a hurry so I tried this site for the first time. The order went through without any trouble, though the delivery took a day longer than the estimate. The charger works well and the price was reasonable.

I needed a new kitchen timer after my old one stopped working, and my son suggested I look online. The site was clear and I found exactly what I was after without trouble. The return process for a faulty item I received later was a bit slow to arrange, but they did sort it in the end.
