Checked three other sites first and this one was way cheaper once I'd added everything up, which was a nice surprise. Seats were still decent for a Saturday night. Easy to book on the app too.
Read moreWe booked the Saturday matinee for the two kids and their grandad, seats in the stalls near the aisle. Ordering was quick enough and the e-tickets came through straight away on my phone. Getting in was a bit of a scrum at the entrance because the staff had only one door open, but the usher sorted us out and the seats were decent.
Read moreI've been booking with them for years now, mostly for the matinees my husband and I like. The seat map has improved a lot since the early days and it's much clearer on the phone now. What I notice most is that they still send a paper ticket option if you ask for it, which the newer sites don't bother with. Customer service picks up the phone when I ring, and they've always been polite about…
Read moreTried two other sites first and this was the only one where I could see the full seating plan before picking. Ended up a bit more than the cheapest option but the seats were better. Tickets came through quick.
We needed tickets for my sister's birthday and wanted to keep the cost sensible. The booking was straightforward and the price was fair for the seats in the upper stalls. The only niggle was that the confirmation email took a while to arrive, so I rang to check it had gone through. They sorted it quickly enough, and the seats were good once we got there.
Seat view was better than I expected from the photos, you can really see the whole stage from the dress circle. Only thing was the booking fee at the end, it added a bit on. Tickets came fast though.
Compared this with the theatre's own box office and it was actually a bit cheaper for the same seats. The checkout was a little slower than I'd like though, the page froze once before it went through. Tickets were fine in the end.
Booked two seats in the circle for me and my wife. The seat choices were fine and the price was reasonable compared with the West End places, though the fee was a bit higher than I'd like. Tickets came straight to my email with no fuss.
