First order a bit of a mess
Took ages to get my card working on the checkout and it kept timing out. Customer chat said they'd call back and nobody did for two days. The flowers did arrive eventually but I wasn't impressed with how long it all took.

Sent flowers to my mum after her op
We needed something to cheer my mum up after she came home from hospital, and I've used Teleflorist for years for birthdays and sympathy bits so I just went back to them. Ordered on a Monday evening through the site, it asked for the postcode and the date, and the bouquet turned up the next afternoon exactly as I'd picked. Mum rang me straight away to say how nice it looked on the windowsill.

I ordered a sympathy arrangement for a neighbour who had lost her husband, and I'm glad I chose these. The card message box was a little fiddly to use on the laptop, and I had to retype it twice before it saved properly. The arrangement arrived on the agreed day and looked as I'd hoped. Price was on the higher side compared with my local florist, but I'd pay it again for the convenience.
Better than the supermarket option
I'd looked at a couple of supermarket delivery slots and a local florist before going with these. Teleflorist was a bit dearer than the supermarket but the flowers looked fresher and the courier gave me a proper time window. The only thing was the order confirmation email took a while to arrive.
quicker than my usual lot
Went with these over my usual florist because the app was quicker to order from. Sorted the delivery slot in a couple of taps. Only niggle was the price looked a bit higher than the other app I use.
