Best thing I did all week, got a quote in about ten minutes on my phone and it was cheaper than what I was paying. Took the cover straight away and the documents landed in my inbox before I'd even put the kettle on. Didn't have to speak to anyone which suited me fine, honestly, I'm not a phone person. Would do it again no question.
Read moreBought the home policy a couple of years back and it was decent for the money. The bit that frustrated me was when I had to make a claim for a leaking pipe, which dragged on for about a month with several chasers from me. They got there in the end but it was far slower than I'd like. Would think twice before claiming.
Read moreI checked a few places before going with them and their quote was a bit above what the comparison sites were showing for the same cover. Still, the quote page laid out the cover in plain language which saved me reading the small print. Buying took a while because the site asked me to re-enter my address twice, but once the policy was live the documents came through fine.

My old policy lapsed by accident so I needed new cover quickly for the car. Renewing with them was straightforward and the price was fair given my history. The only snag was that the confirmation email went to my spam folder for a day. Otherwise it was sorted.
Got the cover I wanted on the site, the sign up was quick enough. The app wanted me to verify my email twice which was annoying. Documents came through by email same day. Fine for what I needed.
Compared to my old insurer this was cheaper for a similar level of cover, which is what mattered to me. The renewal side is a bit less friendly than the old place, with more emails to wade through. Still, the saving is worth it and the cover did what I needed.
The quote was the first thing I noticed, it came back pretty fast and the price was good. The sign up took a couple of goes because the app kept logging me out halfway through. Once I was in the policy looked fine and the docs came through by email. Mostly happy.
