I have borrowed from this company twice now and I would happily use them a third time should the need arise. My son helped me set up the online account, and I found the statements clear enough to follow without his assistance. The staff on the telephone were patient with my questions about early repayment. Everything has been handled properly and courteously from start to finish.

Applying again this time took a bit longer than I remember, the identity check wanted a second photo of my card and it kicked me out once before it went through. Read moreI've taken out personal loans before so I know the usual process pretty well. Compared with the high street banks, applying here was much quicker and the decision came back the same day rather than the week I was expecting. The rate was also lower than the two comparison sites I checked. Money landed in my account the next working morning, no fuss at all.

The application took a bit longer than I'd like because it asked for the same bank statements twice, and I had to ring them to sort it out. Once that was done the approval was quick and the repayments are taken automatically. Would take it again, just be ready to dig out paperwork.

Needed the money for a flat deposit and time was tight. Application was quick enough but the identity check took a couple of days longer than the site said it would. Once that cleared, the money landed and the repayment setup was simple.
