First order was smooth

Ordered a bouquet for a friend's new baby and I'd never used a flower service online before, so I was a bit nervous. The site was easy to find my way round and it told me the day it would arrive. Flowers came in good nick and the note was clear. Only niggle was the delivery window being a bit wide, so I had to wait in for most of the afternoon.

Better than the big chains

Went with these over one of the big chain florists and I'm glad I did. The bouquet looked fuller than what I got from the chain last year. Booking the delivery was a little fiddly because the date picker kept resetting, but once it went through it was fine. Happy I tried them.

Got a subscription box

ordered the monthly subscription box for my girlfriend as a joke birthday thing and honestly it was a good shout. Arrived on the day they said, the flowers were proper fresh. Only thing was I couldn't find how to pause it in the app at first, took me a while to dig through the settings. Would get it again tbh.

Regular subscription box for the office

I've been having the monthly subscription box delivered to reception for about a year now. It comes on the same day each month and the flowers last well, I only had one month where a couple of stems were a bit tired. Signing up was straightforward, though the pause option is hidden a bit deep in the account settings. Price has crept up slightly since I started.

Needed flowers for a funeral

We needed flowers for my gran's funeral on short notice and I was in a bit of a state. Booked online late at night and got a confirmation straight away, which helped. The arrangement was delivered to the funeral home the morning of, exactly as the time slot said.

Subscription box delivered

Got the seasonal box for my mum and it arrived on the Thursday like it said. Flowers were fresh, though one stem was a bit bent. Sign up was quick on the app and the order confirmation came through right away. Good enough.

Checked a few before picking these

The price per head was the first thing I noticed, it was a little above the other workshops I looked at near Leeds. I went with them anyway because the reviews were good and the cocktail option was included. The class was well run and the host kept things relaxed, though one of the flower stems we were given was already wilting. Would book again for a group.
