The restored photos are the first thing I noticed when the parcel landed, and they were far better than the rough scans I had before. I'd never used a service like this before so was a bit wary about posting originals. The packing was secure and they sent updates at every stage. Took about two weeks. The paper is a decent weight and the binding feels solid enough for something I plan to keep on the shelf for years. Engraving on the front cover was spot on and the spacing for the names is better than I expected. Took about a week. Really pleased with it, would order another for my sister.
