Honestly this is the best value I've found for a decent everyday watch. I've been buying watches for a while and know what to look for in the strap and the movement. This one feels solid, the strap is well stitched, and the price was sensible for what you get. Delivery was quick and the box arrived undamaged.
Read moreThe item I ordered was listed as in stock but it was actually on back order, so the wait was nearly three weeks. When it did arrive the box had been dropped and one of the fittings was bent. Customer support replied after four days and sorted a replacement, but it was a hassle getting there.
Read moreThe engraving on the wallet I got for my father in law's birthday came out crisp and the font was exactly what I picked on the site. I've been buying from them for years now for little gifts and grooming stuff, and it's always been the same. The only bit that bugged me was the wait for the engraving proof, which took a couple of days longer than the site said it would. Still a good shop though.
Read moreNeeded a birthday present for my dad with about three days to go and this was the quickest option I could find. Ordered on my lunch break and the item came on time, just. It's a nice enough gift but the colour was a bit darker than in the photos, and the returns form is a faff to fill in if you want to swap it.
First time ordering so I compared it with a couple of big high street sites. Mine came out a fair bit dearer than the supermarket one for a similar set, though it did arrive in one piece. The checkout was a bit fiddly on my phone too.
