First time borrowing from them so I wasn't sure what to expect. I had a question about the early repayment charge and got an answer from the chat in a few minutes which was a relief. The money went into my account the same afternoon I was approved, and the repayment schedule was easy to find in the app.
Read moreWay quicker than my bank when I asked for a bit of extra cash, approval came through while I was still on the train. Rate is a bit higher than I'd like but the speed made up for it. Phone app fine, bit clunky to find the repayment date tho.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was the whole thing ran on my phone, no faxing anything or going into a branch. Took about ten minutes to apply and the money landed the next working day. Only thing I'd change is the repayment date, I'd have liked to pick my own day of the month rather than the one they gave me, but I've got used to it now.
Read moreCompared to my high street bank this was a lot quicker to get approved on my phone. Had the money in my account the next working day. Didn't have to visit a branch or sit on hold for ages, which was a relief.
Compared with my bank overdraft this was much cheaper for the amount I needed to borrow. Applied in the evening and got the decision before bed. Cash was there the next morning, no faff at all.

I needed a loan to fix the roof after the winter storms and compared about four lenders before going with this one. The rate and the monthly payment fitted my budget better than the others I looked at. Applying was clear and the decision came fast. Happy with the choice.
Needed the loan to get my car through its MOT and fix the brakes. Got approved in about ten minutes which was class. Money landed the next day and I've been paying it back through the app no bother.
I took out a loan to have the bathroom refitted, which had been needed for some time. The application was straightforward and I was grateful for the clear guidance on the forms. Funds arrived as scheduled and the monthly repayments have been taken without any trouble. I have no complaints.
This is a good loan if you need the money fast and don't want to pay for a fancy bank. Fees were clear from the start, no nasty surprises at the end. Repayments come out on the day they said they would.
I needed a short term loan to cover a gap while I waited for a bonus to come through. The total repayable was clear from the start, which I appreciated. Money came through quickly and the repayments have been taken on the right dates.
Took out a loan to replace the boiler last winter. Approval came through the same day and the money was in my account before the engineer arrived. Repayments come out on time and the schedule in the app is easy to follow. Good value for what I needed.
No hidden charges that I could see, which is what I wanted. Paid a bit off early and there was no penalty, the site showed exactly how much I'd saved. Happy with it.
The total cost was the first thing I noticed when I compared it with two other lenders, this one came out lowest. Application took maybe fifteen minutes. Money was in the account by lunchtime.
