This was my first time ordering and the booking itself was fine. The bouquet for my friend's birthday arrived a day late and the petals were already a bit tired. Good first experience, the flowers were fresh and the delivery arrived when it said. Changing the delivery date on my first order was a bit fiddly though, I had to go through three screens before it let me save. Not a big deal once I found it. Would order again.
Better than the big supermarket
Compared with ordering from the big supermarket site, this one has far more choice in the arrangements and the photos are closer to what arrives. The price is a little higher than the supermarket though. Delivery was on the day and the driver rang ahead. Checkout did ask me to create an account which was a bit annoying, but it was otherwise fine.
