The only niggle was the assessment submission page, which took a couple of tries to upload my file. Once that was sorted the feedback from the assessor was useful and came back within the promised week.
I needed the childcare level 3 to move into a nursery role and I've done a fair few courses before, so I know what to expect. Content covers the statutory framework properly and the assignments are sensibly structured. The only snag was that the portal logged me out during a long assignment upload and I lost a bit of work. Support got back to me and sorted my resubmission, but it was a frustrating afternoon.
