I needed a specific tank for my setup and this was the only place with it in stock at a decent price. I'd been looking at a few sites, and this one came in cheapest with free delivery over a set amount. The tank came in good condition, the seals were intact and it fitted my kit perfectly. The instructions were a bit sparse but I managed. Would order from them again without a second thought.
Read moreI've been ordering here for years, and the last two orders were disappointing. One item arrived with a cracked seal and the replacement took over a week. The prices have crept up too. Shame, because they used to be my go to.
Read moreI'd only ever bought from a market stall before, so this felt a bit more official. The checkout was easy and the confirmation came straight away. My order took four days to arrive, which was longer than the site said. Product was fine and the price beat the stall anyway. I'd order again and probably not worry about the wait.
Read moreI'm afraid the service was rather slow at times. My order was dispatched later than the site suggested and I had to chase it by email. Once it arrived, the items were as described and worked as expected. Pricing was reasonable. I'd consider ordering again but would allow extra time.
Honestly it's a fair service for the basics but the range is limited if you know what you want. I bought a starter kit and it worked, though the instructions were thin. Replies to my one question took about three days, which was slow. Not bad, just not my first choice next time.
