Honestly the app is so much easier than phoning round, I booked a same day sort out for a leaky tap at mine. Guy turned up on time, fixed it and was really nice about it. Would book again x

Had people coming round for my flatmate's birthday and the place was a mess so I needed someone to come in same day. Booking was easy enough, the cleaner was on time and actually did the kitchen properly. Only bit that annoyed me was the card payment took a while to go through.
