I used the service recently and the first part, setting it up, was perfectly fine. When it came to making use of it, things dragged on longer than I would have liked. I sent the paperwork in and then had to wait over two weeks for any word back. Eventually it was resolved and the outcome was reasonable, though I do think the updates could have been more frequent.
