I needed help sorting out the paperwork after my husband passed, and I didn't know where to start. The adviser I was put in touch with was patient and explained each form without making me feel silly. Everything was done within the month. I'm grateful for the care they took.
Read moreHonestly it does the job, and I've used them for the same type of cover for years. The claim this time took much longer than I was told, about five weeks when they'd said two. I had to chase them twice by email before anyone got back to me. The payout was correct once it came through, but the waiting was tiring.
Read moreMy car needed a new clutch and I didn't have the cash sitting around, so I went looking for a short loan. The application took maybe fifteen minutes and I got a decision the same afternoon. The money landed in my account the next working day, which was faster than I expected. The one annoying bit was that they asked for the same bank statement twice, but once that was sorted it was fine.

Way easier than the other app I was using, the booking flow is just cleaner. Picked my date, paid, and it was all done before my coffee went cold. Nothing weird happened and the reminder came through on time.
Really happy with this, sorted in about ten minutes on my phone while waiting for the kettle. Signed up, booked the slot, and they confirmed by text straight after. Didn't have to call anyone or wait for a callback, which is exactly what I wanted from it. Only thing I'd say is the app logged me out once halfway through, but I just logged back in and carried on.
Compared with my bank's personal loan, this has been far simpler for me. I've been using them for a few years now and the repayments come out on the date I picked without any fuss. When I wanted to change my payment day, the online account let me do it in a couple of clicks. The bank would have sent me a form in the post.
