Booked the seats for a show I already knew inside out, so I was picky about the view. The seat map was clear and I picked a spot near the middle of the stalls. The sound was clean, the staff were polite when we arrived, and the whole night ran smoothly from start to finish.

When we got there we were right at the back of the upper circle, nowhere near as close as the seat map made it look. The show was still good but I'd have paid more for better seats.
