The specific thing I went for was the sample box, as I couldn't decide between the plans. Compared to the others I looked at, the portion sizes here are more generous and the packaging keeps everything cold. I've now moved up to the full weekly plan.
Read moreThe plan does what I need it to do for my diet, and the guidance has been sensible throughout. My first delivery was held up for almost a week while the account was checked, and I had to telephone twice before anyone rang back. Once things got going the meals were fine and the staff were polite when I did get through.
Read moreCompared a few meal plans before I went with this one, mostly because the others wanted a card number before I'd even seen a sample menu. The recipe list was the bit that stood out most, lots of proper dishes and not just salads. Signing up took a bit longer than I'd like, with a couple of forms to fill in, and the first box was a day late, but the food has been fine since.

I've been a nutrition coach for a while so I know what to look for in a protein powder, and this one mixes well without the usual grittiness. The sachets are handy for travel, though the flavour list is quite limited. The delivery came a day late the first time but the team sorted it out quickly.
Having looked at a couple of similar meal services, I found this one slightly slower to get going. My first order took longer to confirm than I'd like, and I had to chase the account details once. The food itself is perfectly good and the portions suit me.
It's a solid meal plan and the recipes are actually nice, not the usual bland stuff. I've been using it for a few months and know my way around the portions. The price is a bit more than I'd pay for the same food at the supermarket, but the convenience makes up for it. Cancelling my subscription needed two emails before it went through though, which was a bit annoying.
