I ordered the starter pack to see if it would suit me before committing. Signing up was straightforward and the box turned up when it said it would. The recipes were easy to follow and I've been pleasantly fed all week. Might move to a longer plan next month.
Read moreI needed something quick and easy because I was eating rubbish after long shifts and my weight had crept up. Signing up on my phone took a few goes because the card payment kept failing and the support chat was slow to reply. Once it was going the meals were fine and the portions kept me full. Not the cheapest option but it does the job.
Read moreI'd previously been booking appointments with a dietitian at the surgery, which meant weeks of waiting for each slot. This was a good deal more straightforward and I could get started the same day I signed up. My advisor was patient and clearly knew her stuff, and I'm grateful for that. I'd say it's been very helpful indeed.

I needed a way to get my weight down without paying for a personal trainer. Signing up was quick and the plan was £ well under what I was paying elsewhere for something similar. It does what I need it to and I've not had to top up for extras. Good value for what it is.
Honestly the food is pretty good and I like the meal choices. The only thing was my first delivery came a day late and the tracking wasn't updating. It sorted itself out after a few messages to the site. Would stick with it.
I've been using this for a long while now and the food is still good. The one niggle was when I changed my delivery address and it took a few days for the app to reflect it, so I had to message support twice. They got back to me eventually. Otherwise it's been a reliable way to keep my eating on track.
