The first thing I noticed was that the site asked for my prescription details up front so nothing got missed later on. I'd been a bit worried about registering online at my age but it wasn't difficult at all. My repeat tablets arrived in a sealed bag with the leaflets inside, and the pharmacist's note in the box was polite and clear. I'll be sticking with them, thank you.
Read moreOrdered a vitamin B complex and the box that turned up was a different brand to the one on the product page. I messaged them through the site and didn't hear back for almost four days. In the end they sent the right one, but it was a lot of hassle for something that should have been simple.
Read moreThe best bit was that the site kept my last order saved so I could reorder the creatine monohydrate in about thirty seconds. I've been training for a few years so I know what I'm looking for, and the product matched the brand I usually buy. Price was roughly what I'd expect from a specialist supplier, not the cheapest I've seen but fair. Delivery took two working days, which is fine by me.
Read moreI needed a reliable supplier for my repeat blood pressure tablets after my old pharmacy changed its opening times. I've been ordering here for about six years now and it has always been dependable. The only small niggle is the reminder emails which arrive a little too early.
Ordered the whey protein tub, the chocolate flavour, and it's the same one I've been buying for years. Arrived fine but the tub was a bit scuffed on one side. Taste and mixability are as good as always.
Honestly this was fine, though I compared three sites before ordering and this one wasn't the cheapest for the protein powder. Delivery took an extra day over what the tracking said. Still happy enough with it.
Compared with ordering from my usual online shop this was about the same price on the vitamin D, not really cheaper. What made the difference was that the repeat order is saved so I don't have to type everything in again. The box came well padded and nothing was damaged.
