The weekly review feature

The weekly review feature is what got me, it shows my pace trends over a few months without me needing a spreadsheet. I compared a couple of options before picking this, and the data is the clearest I've seen. Happy to pay for it.

Way easier than my old gym

Compared to paying for a gym membership, this has been much easier to stick with. I can do the sessions in my living room and nobody is watching. Signing up took about five minutes and the first workout was waiting for me straight away.

the plan that got me back out

Forty minutes a day and I can actually follow it without thinking, which is why I've stuck with it since last year. I did the 12 week plan, and the way they split the easy runs from the harder sessions means my legs don't feel wrecked on a Tuesday. The reminders come through on my phone at a sensible time, so I don't have to remember anything. Long-time user now and still happy with it.

the 5k programme

I tried a few programmes before settling on the 5k one. It's the progression that won me over, nothing too steep in the first few weeks. I finished my first 5k in under 35 minutes and it's the most I've run in years.

bought the running plan quick

Bought the 12 week running plan on the site on the bus this morning and the first session was already waiting in the app when I got to work. Easy to follow, and the reminders actually get me out the door. Only used it twice so far but already feeling it.

Steady and sensible

Been using their plans on and off for about three years now. The sessions are short enough to fit before my tea and the app tells me what to do without fuss. Nothing has gone wrong with it. I just check the weekly summary and carry on.

Very pleased with the plan

I would say the 8 week beginner plan is excellent value for someone starting out later in life. The pacing is gentle and the instructions are clear, and I have not had any aches I could not manage. I'd happily go back for another.

Compared a few before picking

Had a look at three or four running plans before settling on this one, and the thing that stood out was the free trial length. Sign up was quick enough though the card page timed out once.

First month and loving it

I took the first month trial and I'm glad I did, because the plan is well put together. It's simple to get into, and the sessions fit around my shift pattern. I'm already planning to keep going past the trial.

The interval timer thing

Bought the interval timer plan for my hiit sessions and it runs in the background on my phone. The voice cues are clear and it doesn't cut out when I switch apps. Took me two minutes to get going.

Way better than the gym

Honestly this beats the free running apps I was using before, which just kept sending me the same boring easy run every day. The plan here actually changes up the sessions and it's dead easy to follow on the bus. I was paying for a gym I never went to, so this is a lot less faff. Would sign up again, the sessions are good and it doesn't nag me.

Good value for the money

Worth every penny for a yearly plan, which works out well when you compare the monthly cost. I used to pay for a personal trainer and this does a lot of the same job for a fraction of the cost. Sessions are clear and I can fit them around work without trouble.
