I needed some guidance after my doctor suggested a change in my routine. The sign-up asked me sensible questions and the team were very helpful when I rang with a query. Everything has been dealt with courteously and I've had no complaints at all. I would happily recommend them to my friends.
Read moreBought the starter pack because it was the cheapest one on the page. Ordering was easy enough, but the first order took ages to come through and I had to message them twice. Once it arrived it was fine, just a bit slow getting going. Might be different next time, not sure yet.
Read moreI went for the monthly plan with the calendar reminders, which I've been using for about two years now. The account page is clear and I've never had a problem with a payment going through. When I changed my address they updated it no bother over the phone. Staff are patient with older folk like me who don't like the website much. Been a customer since the start and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Read moreHonestly the mouthguard fits way better than I thought it would, got it after a bit of trial and error with the moulding. Only thing is it took about nine days to turn up, which was annoying when I'd already started using the strips. The site was easy enough to use though, no real complaints beyond that.
Way quicker than the other site I was using, which kept asking me to re-enter details. Checkout took about two minutes on my phone and the confirmation came straight away. Only small thing was the delivery took an extra day but that's not a big deal. Happy enough.
Bought the basic option after comparing a few sites. It's a bit pricier than some of the others but the service is noticeably better. The first order went out a day later than the site said which was annoying. Otherwise I'm happy enough and I'll probably stick with them.
I've been around this area for a while so I know what a fair price looks like, and this is about right. Signing up was quick and the account is easy to manage. The delivery was slower than I'd have liked though, it took nearly a week when they quoted three days. Still, the product itself is good.
Compared to the pharmacy one this was way quicker, I was done in about five minutes on my phone while waiting for the kettle. Signup asked a few questions but nothing daft. Only thing is the reminder emails are a bit much, but they're easy enough to switch off in settings. Would use again.
