I've been ordering from them for about six years now, since my GP first mentioned cutting back on a few things. The reorder is always quick, the account remembers my details and the monthly top up arrives when it says it will. Haven't had a single problem in all that time, which is more than I can say for most of the places I've tried.
Read moreThe box was way bigger than it needed to be, honestly looked like they'd sent a shoebox for a tiny thing. Took about five days to get here which is fine. Product works ok, not sure it's worth the money though. Customer service email took two days to reply when I asked where my order was.
Read moreCompared to the pharmacy version I used before this was a lot easier to sort out, the questions were clear and I didn't have to wait in a queue. Ordered on a Tuesday evening and it arrived in a couple of days. The advice that came with it actually made sense, which I didn't expect for something bought online. Would use again for sure, it's just simpler than what I was doing before.
Read moreOther site was cheaper for the same thing, so this is a bit more. Not a huge difference though. Ordering on the app took two minutes. Delivery was next day. Fine for me.
I needed something gentler on my stomach after my GP suggested cutting back on a few things, and a friend mentioned this company. I was a little unsure at first but the information on the site was clear and the team answered my questions by phone quite promptly. The order came well packed and on time. I'm glad I went with it, though I'd have liked a slightly lower price.
Compared to the other site I usually use this is dearer, which annoyed me a bit when I saw the basket total. Signing up was fine and the order came through the next day. Product seems ok so far, haven't had it long enough to say much more. Would probably go back to the cheaper one next time if I can get it there.
