I ordered the vitamin D capsules in the autumn, as my GP had suggested I might want to look into it. The site was clear and easy to navigate, and I found the advice on dosage very helpful indeed. The capsules arrived well within the week, neatly packed, and I have been taking them daily since without any trouble. I would happily recommend them to a friend of mine who is of a similar age and has…
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was the dosage guide on the site, it's detailed but you have to dig through a few pages to find the figure for my weight band. Not a big deal once you find it. Read moreThe flavour on the protein bars is the first thing I noticed, the chocolate one actually tastes like chocolate which is rare. Bit of a fiddle getting the subscription changed on my phone, the page kept timing out. Got there in the end and the box came the next day.
I needed something gentle to help me sleep, as I had been waking in the small hours for months and my doctor suggested I try a magnesium supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow and the instructions were clear. Delivery came the following day, though I did have to wait a little longer than I would have liked for a reply to my question about timing.
Good probiotic, the strain mix is what I was after and the capsules are easy enough to take. Ordering was quick and the subscription is simple to manage. Bit pricier than the big supermarket brands but I think you pay for the spec.
