I've followed a few nutrition plans myself so I know what a decent one looks like, and this is solid on the basics. The meal logging is quick and the targets make sense. Sign up was a bit slow because it wanted lots of details before it let me through, but once we were in it was fine.
The reminders are the thing I like most, they nudge me at the right times without being annoying. Quick to log meals on the go, I do it at the bus stop most mornings. Bit fiddly finding the setting to change my target though, I had to hunt for it for ages. Otherwise it's sorted and I've been doing it since the spring, so it's clearly keeping me on track.
Honestly it's pretty good for tracking stuff. The app is easy to use on my phone and I like that it doesn't make you feel awful about a bad day. Only thing is the notifications are a bit much, they go off loads. Would still say go for it though.
Set it up in like ten minutes on my phone which was nice. Plan was clear and the app layout makes sense. Took a bit longer to get the first coach message though, prob a day. Still good tho.

The only thing that bugs me is the renewal emails, which arrive a bit too often and I keep meaning to switch them off. Otherwise it does what I need.
