Signed up on Tuesday and had the first pack by Thursday, which was quicker than I expected. Set up the account on my phone in about five minutes, no forms to print. Haven't had any problems since and the reminder emails actually help me remember to reorder.
Read moreThe first order I placed was a bit muddled, as I'd picked the wrong size of pack and it wasn't clear how to change it. Once I got through to someone on the phone they were very helpful and sorted it out. The delivery arrived when it should, but the process was more fiddly than I'd have liked.
Read moreThe free online consultation was the bit that made me pick them over the other two I looked at, as the others wanted a card upfront before you'd even talk to anyone. I answered a few questions about my diet and got a sensible plan back the same afternoon. Price is in line with the rest, nothing dramatic. Happy with it so far.
Read moreDecent service, the site is easy to use on my phone. Ordering took about two minutes between meetings. Delivery was a day late but they emailed me to say so, which I appreciated.
Been using the refill plan for a while and I know the routine well by now. Delivery has been on time each month apart from one late run over Christmas. The site could show stock levels better but otherwise it does the job.
I needed something I could start straight away without booking a GP appointment, and this was it. Signed up on the app, answered a few questions, and the first order came within a couple of days. Nothing about it felt complicated. Price is a bit higher than some places but it's fine for what it is.
Costs less per month than the places on the high street and the refill comes round on schedule. Good value for what you get. The only thing is the packaging is a bit bulky for the cupboard.
