Compared to the one I was on before this is miles better, the old brand tasted like cardboard and I dreaded the morning shake. These are smooth and mix properly without lumps in the shaker. Ordering on the app was quick, I did it on the tube home. The box arrived the next day, well packed. Happy with it so far and would order again.
Read moreThe soup sachets arrived with a couple of the boxes crushed flat, which is odd because the outer packaging looked fine. I've been on meal replacement shakes for years so I know the product well and the soups are usually the bit I look forward to. Customer service did sort a replacement but it took four days to get a reply to my first message, and by then I'd already made dinner.

Read moreI needed something I could grab between meetings and not think about. Ordering on the site was quick, I had it set up in one go. The shakes are fine, a bit thick but they keep me going until lunch. Delivery was a day late, which was annoying, but the box was in one piece.
Good stuff, would stick with it. Only thing is it's pricier than I'd like once you add delivery on. Ordering was easy on the app, took about two minutes on the bus. Arrived on time. Taste is fine, not amazing, but I'm not fussed.
Way better than the gym shake I was buying before, that one was loads sweeter and gave me stomach ache. These taste more like a proper drink and are easier to fit in the bag. Delivery was a bit slow but the stuff is decent.

Just got my first order and it's decent. The site was clear enough to choose what I wanted. The strawberry flavour is nice though I'd hoped for something stronger. Arrived when it said it would.
