I bought the omega three capsules for my husband after his cardiologist suggested he look into them. The website was clear about the dose and I appreciated being able to read the full ingredients before placing the order. The delivery came on the day promised and the packaging was tidy. He has been taking them for some weeks and reports no complaints at all.
Read moreI needed something for bloating after a course of antibiotics and a friend suggested the probiotic range. It took about a week to arrive which was longer than the site said, and I had to message them to ask where it was. When it came the capsules were fine and I've noticed a difference, but I'd want a clearer delivery estimate before ordering again.
Read moreCompared with the magnesium I'd been taking from the high street, this one is a finer powder and dissolves in water without leaving a gritty bit at the bottom. I've been using the sachets for about six weeks and the cramps in my calves have eased. Price is a little higher per dose but I'm happy to pay it for something that suits my stomach better. Reordering when the next box runs out.

Had a look at three or four other protein brands before picking this one, and the thing that stood out was the price per serving, a fair bit lower than the big names. The flavour I got, salted caramel, is lovely in a shake. The only small niggle was the delivery took four days when the site said two, but it arrived in one piece.
Honestly it's way less chalky than the cheap whey I was getting from the supermarket. Ordering was fine and it came quick. The only thing is the flavour I picked is quite sweet for my taste so I'll try a different one next time, but the texture is miles better and the mixing is fine too. Not a big deal really.
